Seoul Global Center

The Seoul Global Center was established in January 2008 for the convenience of foreign residents in Seoul and to promote cultural exchange. The center offers various services to help residents interested in taking out a contract for a cellular phone, opening a bank account, applying for a credit card, extending a visa, or applying for a driver’s license, as well as other administrative services. There are full-time staff members are fluent in English, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Mongolian, and tour guide brochures and the use of computers are provided free of charge.

☞ Take subway line 1 or 2 to City Hall Station. Go out exit 4 and walk 2 minutes.

☞ Take subway line 5 to Gwanghwamun Station. Go out exit 5 and walk 10 minutes.
