Sung Shi-Kyung Collapses From Exhaustion |

Ballad singer Sung Shi-Kyung was rushed to the hospital after collapsing from exhaustion on the 24th.
Sung collapsed while leaving a television studio in Ilsan City, north of Seoul. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and treated, but left a few hours later to continue the day’s schedule.
His collapse was said to have been caused by overexertion. Sung, who is busy promoting his new digital single, has been running for the past few months. It is believed these excessive work-outs added to Sung’s exhaustion. Sung surprised the public with a 10kg weight loss, which he attributes to long distance running.
His exhaustion is also blamed on lack of sleep due to a busy schedule. Sung has been busy with his new album and his daily late-night radio show.
Despite this set-back, Sung is still set to take part in the “Village Snowing in October” concerts to be held this weekend on the 27th and 28th at Yonsei University in Seoul. The concerts will also feature performances by Park Jung-Hyun and Fly to the Sky. |
