The two Koreas have postponed an investment promotion event for foreign businesses later this month at the Gaeseong Industrial Complex.
Seoul's Unification Ministry official said Monday that the two sides agreed to delay the event which was originally scheduled for October 31st.
The official said Seoul and Pyongyang found it's difficult to hold the event considering the lack of progress between the two sides on cross-border passage, communications and customs issues.
