U.S. President Donald Trump has slammed North Korean leader Kim Jong-un over the North’s continuous missile activities.
U.S. media, The Hill, reported on Sunday that Trump held a meeting on North Korea’s missile issue at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida over the weekend.
It an apparent reference to the the North's test of a high-thrust rocket engine on Saturday, Trump said that Kim is “acting very, very badly.”
In a tweet on Friday, Trump said the North is behaving badly, having played the U.S. for years and China has done little to help.
Trump’s criticisms of the regime and its leader came as the U.S. is working on drafting a new policy to deal with the North.
U.S. State Secretary Rex Tillerson said during a joint press conference with South Korean Foreign Minister Yun Byung-se in Seoul on Friday that the U.S. will not rule out military options against the North.
