President Moon Jae-in will embark on an eight-day trip to three Southeast Asian countries starting from November eighth.
The president is expected to first visit Indonesia from November eighth to tenth. Seoul and Jakarta are currently fine-tuning dates for a summit and will soon make an announcement.
From November tenth to eleventh, Moon will attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit that will open in Da Nang, Vietnam. He will then travel to the Philippines to take part in the ASEAN Plus Three summit and the East Asia Summit that will run for two days from November 13th.
Ahead of visiting Southeast Asia, Moon is set to hold a summit with U.S. President Donald Trump in Seoul early next month. Trump will visit South Korea, Japan and China ahead of his Southeast Asia tour.
