South Korea Adds 2 Golds in Compound Archery at Incheon Asiad

South Korea added more gold medals in compound archery, cycling and shooting on the eighth day of the Incheon Asian Games on Saturday.
 
Choi Bo-min contributed to both of the gold medals in the women’s compound archery event, including the individual competition in which she edged ahead of her compatriot Seok Ji-hyun by one point with a score of 144. 

Earlier in the day, Choi and Seok along with South Korean archer Kim Yun-hee combined scores for a total of 229 in the team competition final, beating Taiwan who finished with 226.
 
The men's compound archery team won silver after losing against India 227 to 225 in the group finals.
 
South Korean shooters also brought in more medals on Saturday. Kim Min-ji won gold in the women's skeet shooting individual event. South Korea also added silver in the men's rifle three positions group event and the women's skeet group event, and a bronze medal in the women's 10-meter running target mixed individual event.
 
Cyclist Na Ah-reum won gold in the women's individual time trial road cycling, clocking 37 minutes and 54-point-43 seconds in the 28-kilometer race.
 
In the opening day of the wrestling competition, South Korea’s Oh Man-ho brought home silver after losing to Bekzod Abdurakhmanov of Uzbekistan in the men’s freestyle 70-kilogram final.
 
South Korea’s baseball team is defending its title as champion in the semi-final against China, which kicked off at 6:30 p.m.
