
U.S. broadcaster NBC is gearing up to cover test events for the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games.
NBC said on its homepage Thursday it will bring an unprecedented 100 hours of Olympic test events to U.S. audiences from November through March.
The International Ski Federation's Snowboard World Cup which kicks off on Friday is the first of some 20 events the U.S. broadcaster plans to carry in the lead up to the Pyeongchang opening ceremonies in February of 2018.
U.S. viewers will also get to enjoy televised alpine skiing, figure skating and speed skating test events.
