First, I would like to thank KBS World team for your hard work in all the past years providing very good TV programs and dramas.

Ever since fall 2021, the English subtitles became so impossible to read because of showing Chinese subtitles on the right side covering them. Which means international watchers speaking English can no longer understand what they are actually watching. I myself decided to stop watching the channel just due to this problem, and kept checking every now and then to see if you have fixed it, but it's January 2022 now and nothing has changed yet. 

Please separate the English subtitles from the other ones. The channel itself is called KBS World, so the subtitles must be in a global language that we can find everywhere we go, and that is English.
