Seo Taiji and Boys서태지와 아이들 - 난 알아요 (I Know)

Seo Taiji and Boys 서태지와 아이들was a hip hop/pop trio consisting of Seo Taeji서태지, 양현석Yang Hyun-suk and 이주노 Lee Juno. Although they were only active from 1992~1996, their influence on Korean pop music was immense to say the least. It wouldn’t be a push to say that today’s globally popular K-pop groups owe their success in part to this group, which had pioneered the use of rap in pop music in Korea, while also experimenting with various other genres and exploring diverse topics through their songs. Today, Seo Taiji서태지is referred to as “the president of culture” in South Korea.
