H.O.T – Candy 

Considered one of the first K-Pop “idol groups” and one of the first stars of the “Korean Wave”, H.O.T was a highly successful 5-piece hip hop/dance group in the 90s. Active from 1996 to 2001, the group sold over 12 million albums in Korea alone, and the formula for their success later became the blueprint for many K-Pop idol groups that followed them. The 5 members are still very much active today, albeit separately.
