Hybe, BTS’ management agency, has announced it will acquire American music firm Ithaca Holdings led by Scooter Braun. 

Under the deal, Hybe will be buying a 100 percent stake in the media company which owns affiliates like SB Projects and Big Machine Label Group. 

The acquisition is expected to accelerate Hybe’s entrance into the global market.
