Lisa of the group BLACKPINK will be helping improve children’s education in her hometown in Thailand.

Lisa expressed interest in joining a social program led by the Korean Foundation for International Cultural Exchange in her hometown of Buriram Province in Thailand. The foundation said she has launched an online account to help collect donations.

The program, which is a partnership between the foundation and BLACKPINK's label YG Entertainment, will seek to build a 160 square meter cultural compound at a school in Buriram this year, and also provide computers and other multimedia equipment.
