Lee Young-oh : 영원히 침묵하기 위해서 이렇게 연기를 할 작정이었나요?

언제까지? 말해 봐요. 내가 도울 수도 있잖아요.

안 그래요?

Were you going to pretend like this in order to stay silent forever?

안 그래요? (Don’t you think so?)

안 – (adv.) not, an adverb that has the meaning of negation or opposite

그렇다 – (adj.) a state, appearance, characteristic etc. being as such, shows agreement, so; as such; like that 

Casual – 안 그래? 

Semi-polite – 안 그래요?

Polite – 안 그렇습니까?

>> “안 그래” means “no” or “not really” but in a question form it becomes a tag question asking the hearer for an agreement on something that was said before. 

>>In the dialogue, Lee Young-oh is trying to persuade Shim Eun-ha to tell him what happened with the tag question “안 그래요?” which asks for her agreement that he is capable of helping her out.
