Seo-yeon: 맘대로 해요. 난 안 나갈 거니까.

맘대로 해요 (do as you wish)

마음대로 – adv. at will (as and when one likes) 

하다 – v. do; perform

마음대로 해라 – (좋을 대로 해라) suit yourself 

Casual – 마음(맘)대로 해라 

Semi-polite/polite – 마음대로 해요(하세요) 

>>[맘] is the abbreviated form of [마음] which means “intention” or “will”. So, “마음대로” means “as your intention or will”. 

>>”마음대로” Combined with the verb “하다” turns into the expression “맘대로 해요” which means “suit yourself” or “do as you wish” (because I won’t do anything about it). In the dialogue, Seo-yeon is expressing just that, telling Jae-hoon that he can do whatever he wants and come out to see her, but she will not be there.
