The temperatures are soaring and it’s time for a style update. According to stylistas, bold colors alone won’t cut it this season—what you will need is all-over prints. Today I’m going to introduce tips on how to wear prints on prints—one of the hottest looks topping the Summer 2017 fashion charts.

*Florals on Florals
Head-to-toe prints are officially back once again and are taking the fashion world by storm. Among the many bold prints and patterns, florals seem to make their way back into our wardrobes season after season and Summer 2017 is no different. To wear the trend, go for the floral-on-floral look and instantly update your style. The runways saw a fair share of both big and small floral prints seen on everything from t-shirts, sleeveless tops to dresses, skirts, trousers, and more. Instead of mixing florals with neutrals, be bold this season and go all out in an all-over floral outfit. For the office, swap your everyday neutral ensemble for a skirt and top combo featuring large floral motifs. Top off the outfit with a pair of nude heels and you have a lovely look.

*Printed Separates
Next, go for printed separates and create a head-to-toe look. In addition to bold floral prints, everything from geometric patterns, checks, gingham to interesting variations of exotic tropical prints are all extremely popular this season. One easy way to rock the trend is to work with separates in the same print on the top and the bottom. For casual functions, switch out your regular denim and tee combo for a tropical print top teamed with a midi-length skirt featuring similar prints as the top and put together a cool matching printed outfit. On days when you feel braver, clash your prints and take your fashion to the next level. Above all else, the easiest way to rock the trend is to go for printed dresses. Opt for summer dresses featuring heavy prints like vivid paisleys, animal prints, and bold geometric patterns. For casual outings, choose a flowy print dress featuring loud tropical prints and take your look from plain to gorgeous. Be it mini, midi, or maxi, printed dresses are definitely on-trend this season. On days when you feel like you have nothing to wear, just simply slip on a printed dress and some strappy sandals, and you will be good to go!
