Cho Jae-hyuck isn't just a pianist playing music, but also a music commentator bringing classical music closer to the general audience. Thanks to Cho’s talks on classical musicians, people now feel more familiar with renowned names like Rachmaninoff, Mozart, and Paganini.
Cho started playing the piano when he was only five years old. His exceptional talent propelled him to some of the most prestigious stages in the world, but after some 20 years of music career he suddenly experienced a slump, which made him give up music.
But he couldn't stay away from music for long. Cho eventually learned to let go of his competitive urges and enjoy playing the piano purely for the enjoyment of himself and audience members. He is now willing to play anytime anywhere for those who want to hear his music. His dream is to become a pianist who shares his love for beautiful music with everybody.
