Fountains installed on the ship bridge which connects Dumulmeori (area where two rivers meet) and the Semiwon botanical garden in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province are gushing out water on Monday, a day before the seasonal division of "Woosoo" which means the day when snow melts into rain.
