A public hearing is underway at the Supreme Court to collect opinions from various social circles on judicial reform. 

The National Court Administration under the top court organized the hearing, which will last through Thursday, to gather various views on measures to revamp the judiciary that are currently being pursued by the ruling camp. 

The hearing has drawn attention as it is seeing the participation of figures from not only the judicial sector but also various circles with diverse political dispositions. 

Tuesday's hearing is seeing three sessions with the first centered on the status and problems of the nation's trials. 

The second session will discuss ways to strengthen the judiciary's fairness and transparency while the third session will focus on ways to expand citizen participation in the judicial process.
