S.Korean Stars Donate to Help Japan's Relief Efforts

South Korean stars have started contributing to Japan’s relief efforts for the earthquake victims.

Actor Song Seung-hun on Monday donated 200 million won to Japan through the Salvation Army.

Actor and singer Ryu Si-won also offered 200 million won to help the quake victims. Ryu volunteered for relief work at Sendai City, one of the hardest-hit areas.

The popular girl group Kara, which is set to release its new single in Japan on March 23rd, plans to donate all proceeds from the single to Japanese relief groups.
