The Ministry of Science and ICT and the Ministry of SME and Startups have agreed to deepen their cooperation to help starting businesses in regional areas. 

They plan to work together on commercialization of technologies held by region-based state-funded colleges and research institutes. 
 
The science ministry also plans to provide infotech and software startups with cloud-related services, funding and physical spaces to work in.
