Audiences in China will soon have a chance to enjoy a number of original Korean musicals.

The Korea Arts Management Service said Friday it's hosting the annual K-musical Road Show at Shanghai Culture Square from October 9th to 10th.

The festival launched in 2016 to introduce Korean musicals to overseas markets. A total of 14 original musicals were shown in China and Hong Kong over the past two years.

This years' program includes six shows including "Giffy, the Short-Necked Giraffe", an award-winning children's musical and "Along with the Gods: The Two Worlds" based on a popular webtoon that also was made into a blockbuster movie.
