Clear skies are forecast for Thursday, but the mercury is likely to fall considerably due to strong winds. 

The Korea Meteorological Administration said morning temperatures around the nation will be two to three degrees Celsius lower than Wednesday, falling between minus 13 to zero degrees. It forecast minus eight degrees for Seoul. 

Temperatures will also be about three degrees lower than on Wednesday in the afternoon, with zero degrees predicted for Seoul.
