South and North Korea are expected to make working-level contact on Thursday over a joint project to link and refurbish roads. 

Seoul’s Unification Ministry revealed the plan on Wednesday, explaining the contact is is meant to share technical documents and data regarding the project. 

Three officials each from both sides will attend the meeting, including a director-general level official of South Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
