Gov't to Conduct Nationwide Safety Check on Infrastructure

The government will conduct a comprehensive safety check on infrastructure facilities across the country.

The Ministry of the Interior and Safety said that around 142-thousand buildings will be subject to a two-month-long safety check starting from Monday.

The inspectors, consisting of officials from central and regional governments, public organizations and industry experts, will look into possible deficiencies and risks in the structures using precision equipment.
