The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) rose point-65 points, or point-03 percent, on Wednesday to close at two-thousand-333-point-24.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining point-73 points, or point-09 percent, to close at 843-point-45. 

On the foreign exchange, the local currency strengthened point-six won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-164-point-four won.
