BTS was chosen in a survey as the best K-pop act by people from around the world.

KBS World Radio surveyed some 378-thousand people in 185 countries on their favorite K-pop songs and artists for 2020. It found that 21-and-a-half percent selected BTS as “Artist of the Year.” It marked the fifth consecutive year for the seven-member group to top the survey. 

Black Pink came in second followed by Twice, Baekhyun and NCT127. 

In the category of “Best Song of the Year,” BTS’ “Dynamite” came in first after some 19 percent of respondents picked the song. Black Pinks’ “How You Like That” ranked second followed by another BTS song “On”.

Treasure was chosen as “Rookie of the Year.”

The latest survey was conducted for two weeks from November 27 through December 7.
