Korean American golfer Kevin Na has won the Sony Open, his fifth victory in the PGA Tour.

The 37-year-old birdied the final hole to win the tournament by one stroke in the final round held Sunday at Waialae Country Club in Honolulu.

Na finished at 21-under 259, one shot ahead of Joaquin Niemann of Chile and Chris Kirk of the U.S. He clinched one-point-18 million dollars in prize money.

In a post-game interview, Na credited the win to his 18 years of experience on the tour and also thanked his family for its support, as well as his fans in Korea.

Following two tournaments in Hawaii, the PGA Tour will continue in California with the American Express kicking off Thursday.
