U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that the U.S. remains focused on the denuclearization of North Korea, pledging close cooperation with its partners and allies on North Korean issues.

Blinken made the remarks on Monday in a speech to the UN-backed Conference on Disarmament.

In the video talks, Blinken said that Washington remains focused on the North's denuclearization and will closely cooperate with its allies and partners to address the North's illicit weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missile program.

On China, the top diplomat said the U.S. will demand more transparency on China's provocative and dangerous weapons development, while working with its partners and allies.

For Iran, Blinken said that the U.S. will seek to strengthen and extend the agreement between world powers and Iran aimed at curbing its nuclear program.
