Daily COVID-19 cases rose by ten and returned to the 400s as the nation began its vaccination program. 

The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency(KDCA) said that 406 new cases were reported as of 12 a.m. Friday, raising the country's accumulated total to 88-thousand-922.

Of the new cases, 382 were local transmissions while 24 were imported.
