The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) fell 17-point-23 points, or zero-point-57 percent, on Friday to close the week at three-thousand-26-point-26.

The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also fell, losing two-point-72 points, or zero-point-29 percent, to close at 923-point-48. 

On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened one won against the dollar, ending the session at one-thousand-126-point-one won.
