U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Stephen Biegun is headed to Moscow for working-level talks on denuclearizing North Korea.

Russia's Interfax news agency reports the U.S. envoy will meet with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov on Tuesday.  

He's then scheduled to move on to Paris and Brussels.
