Hey there Angie! Ironically,(and please let me know if anyone else's family did this) my mother would make her beef/ox tail soup in the dead of summer. It would be 100 degrees outside yet there we were sipping on good beef broth with veggies and meat, sweating like we were in a sauna but loving every minute of it! Mom is not longer with us but this recent heat brought back this lovely memory and I sooo craved it this week.
