Hello OFD. Your mention of the Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F**k made me think maybe you won’t be offended if I ask how do you feel about the F-bombs dropping in KPop songs lately? Those kind of “colorful metaphors” are commonplace here, but I thought Korea was a bit less accepting of vulgar language?

When Tomboy came out, it was an edgy concept that fit and it was bleeped most places I heard it. I was kind of surprised by Tally especially since I was reminded at the show BlackPink has a lot of young fans.

I’ve also seen videos of various group’s members subconsciously using some choice words and then reactions or coverups. Was it never a big deal? Or has something shifted recently?
