NK Sends Delegates to Germany for Exchanges
North Korea has sent delegations to Germany and India to promote exchanges with the two countries.
According to a pro-Pyongyang newspaper published in Japan on Friday, delegates from Pyongyang's international center for new technology and economy left for Germany on Wednesday to visit two organizations, the World Wind Energy Association and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements.
The North Korean organization also sent delegates in late October to an international wind energy exhibition in India to share how the communist state was harnessing wind energy.
The newspaper noted the center's expanding exchanges with international bodies, citing its joining of the two German-based international organizations last year, before gaining membership in the Global Network on Energy for Sustainable Development.
