'Nation Must Prepare for $200 a Barrel Oil'
President Lee Myung-bak has urged the nation to prepare for the day when oil prices reach 200 dollars a barrel, citing the uncertain future of global resources and food.
In a meeting of the national science and technology committee on Tuesday, the president stressed the importance of science and technological development.
He also said the government is seeking to remove regulations that make it difficult to attract top-level talent from overseas.
