Gov't Officials Allowed to Run State Agencies
The Ministry of Strategy and Finance says the government will not exclude civil servants in appointing chiefs of state-run organizations and agencies.
A ministry official told KBS on Friday that they're also allowed to apply for the posts and compete with other candidates.
The official added that such posts will not be filled prior to formal screening and appointment processes as had been the case under previous administrations.
