Ex-GNP Leader Urges Resolution of Defectors' Return
Former Grand National Party Chairwoman Park Geun-hye has urged the party to decide as soon as possible whether to accept the return of lawmakers loyal to her.
In a meeting Thursday with ethnic Koreans in Sydney, Australia, Park said the issue should be resolved as soon as possible.
The former GNP leader also urged the government to ease public concerns over the safety of U.S. beef imports.
Park will return to Korea next Thursday after a stop in New Zealand.
