S. Korea Claims Top 3 Spots in Women's Archery Preliminaries

Team Korea is off to a good start in Rio, after claiming the top three positions in the women's archery preliminaries at the Olympics on Friday.
World number-one Choi Mi-sun took the lead with 669 points in the 72-arrow event, followed closely by Chang Hye-jin with 666 points and Ki Bo-bae with 663 points.
Their combined score of one-thousand 998 points gave South Korea the top seed in the team competition. Russia is currently holding second place with one-thousand 938 points, followed by China with one-thousand 933 points.
Earlier Friday in the men's ranking round, South Korean Kim Woo-jin finished first with a 72-arrow world record of 700 points.
