South Korea’s archery team won the country’s first gold medal in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics.

In the men’s team archery event on Sunday at Sambodromo, the trio of Kim Woo-jin, Ku Bon-chan and Lee Seung-yun defeated the U.S. team with the set score of 6-0.

South Korea won the Olympic gold medal in the men’s team archery event for three straight times from 2000 to 2008 but ranked third in the 2012 London Olympics. But with the victory against the U.S., the country retaken the top place.
