S. Korean Female Golfers Card Bogey-free First Round in Rio

South Korea's female golfers got off to a good start in the first round of women's golf at the Rio Olympics on Wednesday.
Park In-bee and Kim Sei-young finished the opening round tied for second, carding five-under 66 at the Olympic Golf Course. Both got five birdies with no bogeys and sit a shot behind Thailand’s Ariya Jutanugarn.
Chun In-gee also carded five birdies, but her four bogeys led her to settle for a tied 19th place, while Amy Yang finished the first round tied for 39th.
In table tennis, South Korea's men’s team fell to Germany 3-1 in the bronze medal decider.
In men’s badminton, Son Wan-ho bowed out of the quarterfinals in the men’s singles losing to World number one Chen Long of China 2-1.
South Korea will vie for its first and last medal in badminton at Rio when its female duo faces China in the bronze medal match.
