‘NK Carries Out Nuke Disablement'

North Korea claims that it is carrying out its obligations to disable nuclear facilities by year’s end in accordance with the six-party agreement reached in October.

The North’s official news outlet Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that the representatives and experts from the concerned parties inspected the Yongbyon nuclear facilities, engaged in the disablement.

The KCNA claimed that they watched and confirmed that the disablement processes of Yongbyon’s five-megawatt test reactor, reprocessing plant, fuel-rod plant were being carried out accurately.
