A close aide of North Korean leader Kim Jong-il has visited South Korea’s President Roh Moo-hyun in Seoul.
The North’s only news outlet Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that Kim Yang-gon, who heads the United Front Department at the ruling Workers Party, delivered the North Korean leader’s message to the South Korean president.
They exchanged the views on ways to implement the October 4th inter-Korean joint declaration.
