The two Koreas have agreed to provide a military guarantee for the cross-border railway freight service between the South’s Munsan to the North’s Pongdong.
The North’s Central Broadcasting Station reported that Pyongyang's delegation was led by Senior Colonol Bak Min-su of North Korean People’s Army while his South Korean counterpart Mun Seong-mok headed Seoul's.
