준아 : 네.

Jun-a: I will. 

만정 : 준아씨 진짜 실망이네. 혼인신고가 애들 장난이야? 어?

사랑이 그렇게 쉬워? 뭘 이랬다 저랬다 그렇게 하는 거야. 

Man-jung: Jun-a, I’m really disappointed in you. Marriage registration is not some child’s play. Is love that easy for you? Why are you going back and forth like that?

장난 – n. game; joke; something that children do for fun or to kill time

Casual – 애들 장난이야?

Semi-polite – 애들 장난이에요?

>> “장난” is a game or joke that children do for fun. It can also be used to describe something that one does or says for fun without any purpose.

>> In the dialogue, when Man-jung says “혼인신고가 애들 장난이야?” she means getting legally married is not something that should be taken lightly. In other words, she is criticizing Jun-a for being reckless and thoughtless in deciding major life events like marriage.
