Over 12-thousand-700 cases of vaccine side effects have been reported in the past three days, according to the state vaccination task force on Saturday.

More than 350 relate to abnormal reactions to the nervous system. Also reported are 60 suspected cases of anaphylaxis as well as 32 deaths.

The deaths are not yet confirmed to be linked to the shots. Of the 32, 17 had received the AstraZeneca vaccine, 12 Pfizer and three Moderna jabs.

South Korea on Friday achieved its goal of having 70 percent of the population receive at least one vaccine dose before the Chuseok holiday, which kicked off Saturday.
