The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) rose 15-point-37 points, or zero-point-62 percent, on Friday, to close the week at two-thousand-484-point-02.

 The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining two-point-31 points, or zero-point-31 percent, to close at 741-point-25.

 On the foreign exchange, the local currency weakened zero-point-six won against the dollar, closing at one-thousand-231-point-three won.
