Pro-N. Korea Newspaper in Japan Blasts Bolton

A newspaper based in Japan considered to represent North Korea's stance overseas has criticized U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton and expressed concern over his negative effect on North Korea-U.S. relations.
In an article posted on its Web site Friday, the Choson Sinbo said that Bolton is not guided by a certain logic or clear ideology but that he moves according to simple thinking, racism and the narrow-minded "America First" policy.
The newspaper said North Korea in the past blasted Bolton as "human scum" because he has a track record of slandering and vilifying the North's supreme leader and the regime, and persistently obstructing progress in Washington-Pyongyang relations.
The Choson Sinbo is the gazette of the General Association of Korean Residents, a pro-Pyongyang organization in Japan.
