'Leaders of N. Korea, China, Russia to Meet Ahead of N. Korea-US Summit'

A Hong Kong daily has reported the leaders of North Korea, China and Russia will meet in China in advance of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's possible summit with U.S. President Donald Trump on June 12th.

Citing a Hong Kong-based human rights group on Wednesday, the Oriental Daily said on Wednesday that Kim is scheduled to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin in China's eastern city of Qingdao on June ninth.

The human rights group quoted a source as saying that the trilateral meeting will likely occur in time for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) Summit, which will be led by the Chinese and Russian leaders from June sixth to the ninth in Qingdao.

If the North Korean leader attends the trilateral summit, it will be his third visit to China in less than three months.
