Trump Likely to Meet N. Korean Official Friday Afternoon
U.S. President Donald Trump is reportedly planning to meet with North Korean senior envoy Kim Yong-chol early Friday afternoon in Washington, or about 2 a.m. Saturday Korean Standard time.
He is expected to meet Secretary of State Mike Pompeo first.
U.S. media report Kim stayed an extra night in New York after his meeting with Pompeo and is heading to Washington early Friday morning presumably to deliver a letter from North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to the U.S. president.
