S. Korean Speed Skaters Advance to Men's Team Pursuit Final

South Korean speed skaters have advanced to the men's team pursuit final at the PyeongChang Winter Games.

In the semifinal race against New Zealand at the Gangneung Oval Wednesday, Lee Seung-hoon, Chung Jae-won and Kim Min-seok clocked in at three-minutes 38-point-82 seconds.

While South Korea secured a silver medal, the New Zealand squad came in at three-minutes-39-point-54 seconds and will face the Netherlands in the bronze medal match. 

The South Korean squad will race for the gold later on Wednesday night against Norway, which set a new Olympic record at three-minutes 37-point-08 seconds in the semifinal race.
